ASAM (Ali Salim Al Midfa) was established in 2007 as a Trading and Contracting Establishment under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our operations are structured through two separate companies, each serving a distinct business function:

Salim Al Midfa Trading Company (ASAM) – responsible for Trading, Distribution, and Commercial Activities, representing and supplying international manufacturers and technology solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Advanced Solutions & Automation Company (ASAM) – responsible for Projects, Contracting, Systems Integration, and Engineering Solutions, delivering comprehensive solutions across telecommunications, security systems, automation, on-grid and off-grid solar systems, DC power infrastructure, and other critical infrastructure applications.

In 2024, ASAM was restructured into an incorporated limited liability company, expanding its scope through the integration of Global Technologies’ Solar Division and DC Power Systems. This strategic transformation significantly enhanced our organizational strength and technical capabilities, enabling us to deliver comprehensive solutions across telecommunications, security systems, on-grid and off-grid solar systems, and DC power infrastructure for projects throughout the Gulf region and internationally.
As a specialized systems integrator, ASAM employs a highly skilled team of professionals with extensive industry experience, capable of executing complex and technically demanding projects, particularly within the petrochemical and energy sectors.
Our services encompass the full project lifecycle, including consultancy, design, engineering, project management, procurement, system integration, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
